Stephanie Franklin-Thomas

Stephanie Franklin-Thomas is the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Medtronic, overseeing global strategies to protect the company’s operations. With 28 years of experience, she has led security initiatives at Fortune 500 companies like ABM Industries and Motiva Enterprises. She holds an NACD director certification and serves on the boards of St. Luke’s Hospital and The National Cryptologic Foundation. A frequent speaker on cybersecurity and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Stephanie is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association. She earned her Bachelor's and MBA. from Our Lady of the Lake University and a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership from Northcentral University.
